Wednesday is behind us now and
day 3 of the diet is complete.

I'm not going to weigh myself everyday.
Just once a week.

It's 1am Thursday morning, and I couldn't sleep.
Probably because I didn't get up until 10 am???

And that's probably because I haven't had
a Diet Pepsi since Sunday. Maybe?

I stayed on my diet, but......

I didn't exercise.

I didn't get dressed until after noon.

I feel like a slug!!!

  2. I sympathize. I really, really do. Maybe, if you've been a serious Diet Pepsi addict, it would be better to wean your body off slowly rather than cold turkey. ??? Just a thought...

    They say you increase your chances of dieting success if you make changes gradually...decreases feelings of being deprived. Perhaps reduce your intake of one thing this week and then totally eliminate it next week. Maybe walk for 10 minutes 1 or 2 days this week. Increase to 15 minutes next week. Then maybe next week also reduce your intake of some other not-so-good-for-you food and eliminate it the following week, etc.

    Baby steps. It's all about baby steps, not taking away everything you love all at once (and adding a heap of stuff you might hate, like 1+ hour of exercise daily).
